Public Consultation

Proposals for reducing speed and parking problems in Kingscote village

Thank you to all of our residents who took part in the public consultation process.  Suggestions and observations submitted by parishioners were all considered, and as a result of some of these comments, amendments were made to the originally proposed plan. The final plan was agreed at the Parish Council Meeting on Tuesday 26th September.

We now await a decision from GCC Highways although we have been in consultation with our local Deputy Manager since the outset of this process and she has been very supportive of the proposals.

Download the pdf below to see the final plan which has been forwarded to Gloucestershire County Council Highways Department for their consideration. The unusual 3 word sentences are geographic locations from the What3words website.
